TOPIC: CHRIST'S INFALLIBLE PROPHECY OF THE GREAT TRIBULATION.
MARK 13:14-23.
As you know, we've been studying from the Gospel according to St Mark chapter 13, and the answer of the Lord Jesus Christ which eventually has now revealed to us the events of the last days, that answer came as the result of the question that the disciples has asked. Actually, the Lord Jesus Christ have been talking to the disciples about His dead, He spoke about His resurrection, and He has spoken recently to them about the destruction of the Temple, and He said, "No stone will be left upon another", He said they will see everything collapsing, everything will totally crumble and come down. And then He spoke about His coming again, and He spoke about the end of the world, and that prophecy came as a surprise to them, and so now they came to asked the question privately, because what Jesus Christ said was not cleared to them, they were confused, they were surprised and so privately, intimately when JESUS Christ was alone with His Own disciples, and the outsiders were not there, Pharisees were not there, and the Saducees were not there, these were the disciples of Jesus Christ wanting to know more about the prophecy He spoke about recently, they came to Jesus Christ for more clarification about what will happen nearing the end of the world, and they said, "when will the end of the world? And what will be the signs of His coming"? And that's what we have been looking at in the various parts of the answer that He gave to them.
And so, Jesus Christ proceeds and He spoke about the great tribulation, we understand that, the Prophecy of JESUS Christ is infallible.
✔️ it's a prophecy, it's something that has not happened, and it's something that will happen.
And because it's Unchangeable, it's something that nothing can change, no man can change it, no power can change it, no evil can change it, no Satan can change it, even God will not change this prophecy of JESUS Christ, it will come at a time appointed by God, that's why it's called "INFALLIBLE PROPHECY". what Jesus Christ has prophesied can not be altered, nothing can change His prophecy, nothing can stop the fulfilment of the prophecy of Christ because it's Infallible, everything Jesus Christ said are truth, it's Christ that spoke, and He's the personification of the truth. He told the truth, the Lord Jesus Christ has brought prophecy of the past that Daniel spoke about, Jesus Christ spoke about the great tribulation that will come in the future, and Daniel has earlier spoke about the same thing, He said, Daniel the prophet spoke about the abomination of desolation, and He said, when ye shall see these things, He's talking, (that's the people who lives in the world at that time). He said when they shall see all these things happening, he that readeth, let him understand. That mean it's not just the disciples, He said "he that will read about what we are learning now, let him take note", and let him know that, that time is very near. Jesus Christ continues and He said, for in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. He's talking about the days of the affliction, He's talking about the day of the great tribulation, and He's talking about the days that are still coming. He talks about the great tribulation that is to come, and there's something peculiar about that great tribulation, it is something that has never happened, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. He said it will happen, it'll be time of suffering and time of pains, and it will be time of sorrows and devastating.
POINT ONE: THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION AFTER THE GLORIOUS TRANSLATION.
MARK 13
There's going to be a glorious translation.
What does that translation means?
✔️ it mean the Lord is going to catch us away.
✔️ it means, Jesus Christ is going to take us away from the earth, and the technical time for that is "THE RAPTURE". The Rapture is the glorious translation, and the abomination of desolation that will happen it's after the glorious translation. We need to think very well in a logical way, in a systematic way and in scriptural way about this glorious translation.
I. The Ascension that will happen before the devastation.
Luke 21:34-36; 17:29-30; 1 Corinthians 15:51-52; 1 Thessalonians 4:14-18. The Lord is saying, as you hear about the event that will come, and about the things that will happen at the end of this world, don't have nonchalant attitude about that, you must take heed to yourself as Christ has said, He said, "take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares". There will be people who just carry life, they don't understand that Rapture is going to Happen, they are not waiting for anything, they are not careful about anything, they are not praying specifically, they are not preparing themselves specifically, they are not standing firm in the conviction that they are waiting for the coming of the Lord, and the Lord is saying, we shouldn't be nonchalant, and don't be careless, this event is not a localized thing that will happen, the desolation that will come, the devastation that will come, and the destruction that will come is not a localized thing, it will come like a snare suddenly upon all them that dwell on the face of the earth. But the Lord has told us, that we should watch, He said, watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. He said we should watch because many people will be unprepared, many people will not be ready, that's why JESUS said we should watch. The rapture is going to take place before the devastation, before the abomination, and before the ruling of the Antichrist. And the Lord says, as it happened at the time of Lot, the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. You need to understand that Lot went out of Sodom before the fire of God's wrath and God's judgment came upon Sodom. The church will leave this earth before that devastation comes, those who are righteous will be translated, they will be rapture, they will be caught up, they will be taken away before the Antichrist will come to rule over the world here. The Lord will not allow the Antichrist to rule over His Bride, the Lord will not allow that devastation to come while His ambassadors are still here, the Lord will not allow that destruction to come while the church is still here, and He says, the same day that Lot went out of Sodom, it's after that, that it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them. Even in the same way, it will be. It's very clear that the rapture will take place before the devastation. The Lord says, we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, that means, we shall not all die, we shall not all be in the grave, we shall not all be resting in the grave, but we shall all be changed. Because it will be in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. There will be resurrection at the time of rapture, the dead shall rise first into incorruptible, and we which are alive shall be caught up together with them. You must believe this, before you were saved, you first of all believed that Jesus Christ died for you, that's how we were saved, and we believed that He rose again for our Salvation and for our Justification, and because we believe that, Jesus Christ is coming, we must be ready. And He says, the Lord Almighty God will bring with Him the people that sleeps in the dust, and we which are alive, that's talking about the believers, that's talking about the Saints who are saved, sanctified, and they are found Holy and ready for the coming of the Lord, they are alive in Christ, they are alive in righteousness, they are alive as new creatures in Christ, and they remain Holy until the coming of Christ, nothing will hinder them, and they will be taken away to heaven before the devastation. this is prophetic, for the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. We will be caught up, we will be translated, we will be ascending, we will go up to meet the Lord Jesus Christ, we will be caught up in the cloud to meet the Lord in the air. And after that, there's going to be a great suffering and devastation which no-one will be able to endure. And the Lord Jesus Christ said, "wherefore comfort one another with these words".
He said we should comfort one another, and If we are going to go through the great tribulation, there's no comfort in that, if the abomination of desolation is going to meet us here, there's no comfort in that, if we are going to go through the same affliction that the people of the world, that the unbelievers, that those who are serving Satan, if we are going to go through the same thing with them, there's no comfort in that, but because we are waiting for the coming of the Lord, and when the rapture takes place and we are gone, that's only when the devastation, the destruction, the abomination can come upon this world, that's why we have to comfort one another now.
II. The Abomination of Desolation. Mark 13:14; Daniel 9:27; 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4; Revelation 13:6.
In the Book of Mark chapter 13:14 , Jesus Christ said, But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains: here the Lord Jesus Christ is talking about the abomination spoken of by Daniel and He said, after we have gone, there will be the abomination of desolation, that's devastation, that's destruction that will come upon those who are left behind, and that's like taking something good, something beautiful and then you tear it into pieces and making everything crumble and destroying everything until there's nothing good that the people of the world will be living for, that's the abomination of desolation Jesus Christ spoke about. the very language of Jesus Christ: "The abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet", understand who a prophet is, A prophet is someone that God reveals what is going to happen, and then he declares that and because it's a word coming from God, we cannot miss it, and it will not be missed. What Jesus Christ has prophesied will eventually happen at the appointed time of God. When JESUS Christ said, the abomination of desolation will stand where it ought not, what does that mean? Let's use an illustration to explain that, when you collect something dirty, and you take it to the dustbin, that's taking something dirty to a place dedicated for dirty things, but when you take something that is dirty, something that is defiled, and the defilement that came out of animal or man, and then you take that to be in the Palace, to be in the throne of the kind of the city, that's abomination, and it is standing and it's been placed where it shouldn't be, that is abomination, and when Daniel was speaking about the abomination of desolation that should not be standing where it ought not, that means: devastation, that mean abomination things, that means what God hates, and when that abomination stands at the temple of God where it should not be, he says then take heed and understand what you're reading, understand that is what Daniel spoke about. He's referring to the Antichrist that will stand at the temple of God after the rapture, he will pollute the temple of God that's the desolation of abomination Daniel spoke about, after the rapture, the Antichrist will come up, and in the midst of that seven years, he will stop the sacrifices of the Jew and he will spread dirty things, he will spread evil things and he will spread unacceptable things in the altar of God, that's what Daniel mean when he says, "Abomination of desolation".
That abomination of desolation is when something dirty, something unacceptable, a wicked personality, and evil personality comes to sit at the very altar of God and he will wants to displays God, that's the abomination of desolation. And Jesus says, Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; what does Jesus mean by that? He says there will be fallen away from the truth nearing the end time, He mean, people will fall away from the truth, and they will not care for the truth, they may be in the church, they may be in the assembly of the Saints, but there's no truth and they are not use to go into the word of God, even when you expose them to error, there's nothing they can do because they do not know the difference, and that time is already here in the wold, as we can see, everything Jesus Christ prophesied that will happen, everything are happening already, and after the rapture, the Antichrist will rise up, he will be controlled by Satan, he is a man of sin, he's a man of Satan, he's a man of evil, who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. That's why Daniel said, there will be desolation of abomination, you know, when that dirty, defiled personality sit at the very seat of God and then he called the people to worship him, and if they will not worship him, he will compel them, that's the abomination of desolation.
* My prayer for you is that, you will not be in the world at such a time IN Jesus Name Amen. And if you're not going to be in the world at such a time, then prepare yourself now, be saved, be sanctified, be transparently Holy, and get yourself busy with the activities of God.
III. The Admonition for Escaping damnation. Mark 13:15-18; Matthew 24:42,44. We are ready our Bible, and we are studying our Bible so that we can know about the things that Christ has said, so that we will escape and so that we will not be part of the people that will suffer in the great tribulation. And when that great tribulation will take place, we will escape, that's why we need to enlighten ourselves about all these things, so that when that desolation and damnation comes upon this world, you will escape.
Who are the people that will escape the Great tribulation, and what qualifications are we to possess so that we will escape that great tribulation?
✔️ those who are genuinely saved. You must be saved.
✔️ those who are Sanctified.
✔️ those who are standing steadfastly in the will of God, and in the mind of God. Those are the people that will escape. And the admonition Jesus Christ is giving us is to escape that kind of abomination, desolation, destruction, damnation and deception. Jesus Christ said, let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house: He's talking actually to the people that will be here at such a time, and as we apply that to ourselves, that the Lord has brought you to the mountain of light, mountain top of gospel, and mountain top of redemption, righteousness, salvation, sanctification and the power and the strength of the Lord. As you see the world crumbling and going down the drain, as you see all righteous principles being overturn, Jesus Christ said you're at the top, don't come down, don't backslide, don't look down, and don't look behind you.
He said the people that will be here at that time, if they heard that something has happened in the city, if they are hearing about the abomination of desolation in Jerusalem, and the Antichrist is occupying the seat where God ought to occupy, and he's blaspheming the Name of the Lord, and the Lord said, if the righteous are in the fields of Evangelism, working for God and we hear about what is happening, that's not the time to come back because now we know the time is near, and we are not going to allow anything to disengage us and to make us leave the work He has given us to do, that's what Jesus Christ mean when He said, And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house: He mean we should not backslide, when we are seeing the abomination and the atrocities people are committing, we should not go down and we should not be disengage from the work of God.
And when JESUS Christ said, ....woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! Actually, He's not saying its a crime to have a child, but He's talking about the people that will miss the rapture and they will be nursing babies at that time, and when the Antichrist will take over and then when the foods will be measured, and when you will not be able to buy, except you take the mark of the Antichrist, and even if you could endure hunger and famine by yourself, what about the baby that is crying all the time? And if that child is going to get what to eat, then you have to take the mark of the beast, and once you take that mark, it's all over. That means that the destruction will come, that's why He's saying, you should be ready, so you will not be in the world at such a time. If there's anything that should occupy our attention, it is being ready at this time. The people who will be left behind will not be able to escape that devastation. That's why JESUS Christ is admonishing us to take heed to ourselves and watch and pray.
What are we to watch over individually?
✔️ watch over your life at all times.
✔️ watch over your Christians experiences you have.
✔️ watch over the title.
✔️ watch over your ticket to heaven.
✔️ watch over Spiritual qualifications that will take us to Heaven.
✔️Don't be so careless
✔️ don't throw your certificate to heaven aside.
✔️ and be Steadfast in Christ and don't be looking for other things that will make you to forget about the Rapture.
POINT TWO: THE AFFLICTION BEYOND DESCRIPTION DURING THE GREAT TRIBULATION.
After the Rapture has taken place, after the glorious translation has taken place, after the Saints and after the church has gone, after the bride of Christ has been removed from this world, that's the glorious translation, after the ambassadors of Christ have been taken away from this world, that's the glorious translation, then there will be Great tribulation, and that will be a time of affliction beyond description, beyond what has ever happened and beyond what will ever happens. Now, the church is gone, the Saints are gone, the believers have gone from here, and now the great tribulation is going to happen.
I. The Prophecy of the Great Tribulation. Mark 13:19; Matthew 24:21; Daniel 12:1. The prophecy of the Great tribulation It's prophetic, it's there and it's unchangeable, it's unutterable.
For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. You see what the Lord Jesus Christ Himself said, He said the time of tribulation will be a time of affliction, that period, that days and that time will be the times of affliction, and He qualifies it like this: "such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be". Actually, that word tribulation is a day of sorrow and pain, the language of Jesus Christ, and the very word of JESUS Christ is clear and truth, He said, for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. after the church is gone, after the church is rapture, and caught away and taken away, there will be Great tribulation. What Jesus Christ was saying is that, this Great tribulation that's coming after the Rapture has taken place, it'll be so severe pain and terrible.
If you hear about the First World War, and there were people dying and suffering, and if you have heard about the second World War, there were people that died and the death was so devastating, millions of people died, and if you have heard about the collapsed of Jerusalem and the Temple in AD70, many people died, and the suffering was so much and was so great, and it was like people didn't have desire to live, and if you see a ghastly accident, and people suffered, and if you see somebody who have been sick and the pain is terrible, the Lord is saying, the time of the great tribulation will be more terrible that that, it'll be a time of sorrow, that great tribulation period will be a time of suffering, it'll be a time of affliction, it will be a time of pain, it'll be something so terrible that it had not been happened like that since the beginning of the world unto that time. That's the prophecy of the Great tribulation, and Jesus called it "TRIBULATION"A, and Daniel called it in prophetic language: "A TIME OF TROUBLE". Daniel tells us that, there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. That means, a proportion, a fraction and a remnant of the children of Israel shall be delivered.
II. The Peculiarities of the Great Tribulation. Mark 13:19; Joel 2:2; Zephaniah 1:15,18. Revelation 6:12-17; 12:12. That time of tribulation, it'll be a peculiar time, it'll be a serious time, it'll be a time that have never seen, it'll be a time of suffering that have never been, and that will never be. That time will be so terrible and horrible, that's why you must not be here at that time. Jesus Christ said, for in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. What is affliction? Affliction is suffering, pain, destruction, it's something that causes untold unquantifiable. That is peculiar.
Joel the Prophet also tells us something about the great tribulation and he called it;
✔️A day of darkness
✔️ A day of gloominess,
✔️ a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.. Joel says, that time will be so peculiar, it's something that has never happened. As we know that somethings are happening in the world today, terrible things of sorrow are happening in the world. But this will be so peculiar because it has never happened like that before. The peculiarities of the great tribulation is that, this is peculiar suffering, it's peculiar sorrows and peculiar pains, and this is special suffering that had never been and it will never be, you will not be here at that time IN Jesus Name Amen. But you know, it will happen to the whole world, it will cover the whole surface of the earth. And if you don't want to experience such terrible suffering, escape now.
Zephaniah also tells us about the great tribulation, and called the great tribulation:
✔️ a day of wrath,
✔️ a day of trouble
✔️ a day distress,
✔️ a day of wasteness
✔️a day of desolation,
✔️ a day of darkness.
✔️a gloominess,
✔️ a day of clouds and thick darkness,
✔️ a time of God's wrath.
The time of great tribulation is a time of wrath of God. And when you put everything together, you will know it's a terrible time, and that's peculiarities of that time, and he says, their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD's wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land. You remember the description of Zephaniah, he says the devastation will be so much that they will run to the mountains and wishes that the mountain should fall on them, and bury them there. It'll be so terrible that the kings of the earth, and the princes of the earth, and the great men, and the free and slaves, everybody young and old, poor and rich and the enlightened and the Educated, illiterate and everybody that will remain on earth after the Rapture has taken place, they will want to go to the Rock and mountain, and they will wish the rock and mountain fall on them because the suffering will be too much than what they can bear. The time of the great tribulation will be a time of wrath of God and a time of the wrath of the Lamb. The word of God tells us in Revelation, therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. On the one hand, the wrath of God will spilt on the land, and on the other hand, Satan will come with the devastation wrath, when you put everything together, the wrath of God, the wrath of the Lamb at the time of the great tribulation, and Satan also will come with his own devastation and wrath, when those wrath and the waiting anger comes together, it'll be so terrible. I pray you will not be here at such a time IN Jesus Name Amen.
III.
The Period of the Great Tribulation. Mark 13:20; Daniel 7:25; Revelation 11:2-3; 13"5. When Daniel said, four-one week, which is seven years, and it's divided into two part, but in the middle of week, which is three and half years, the Antichrist will break his covenant with the children of Israel, and that three and half years will be the beginning of sorrows, and then three and half years of the real great tribulation will began. But the Lord said, except those days be shortened and moderated, no flesh will be saved. He said if it goes on in such an unlimited time, no flesh will be saved, and during that great tribulation period, everyone on the earth at that time will experience trouble, and such famine and peculiar plague will be so terrible, and if the period were not shortened, no flesh should be save. But for those elect, the children of Israel that the Lord has not finished with yet, and the remnant of the children of Israel will be saved, because of them that He has chosen, He has shortened those days. And when He said He has shortened those days, you know we are referring to Daniel, because Daniel spoke about the great tribulation period, that the Antichrist will come and he will establish his peaceful throne for three and half years, he will wants to change the commandment of God, he will wants to alter the Bible, and he will think to change times and laws of God, power will be given unto him, and after that, the remaining three and half years the real intense period of great tribulation, it will be the period of desolation, suffering, pains, sorrows and devastating. Remember the church is gone already, remember the Rapture has taken place and then there's a beginning of sorrows, and the latter part of the seven years, which is three and half years, the years of that time prophecy is 360 days, that's 12 months. And if you multiply it by by three and half years, you will see the lenght of suffering and sorrow they will pass through. And except the Lord shortened those days, unto that three and half years (42 months), no flesh shall be saved. Rapture will happen before the great tribulation, prepare yourself adequately, be saved, be sanctified, be Holy, be Righteous, adapt to reading the word of God, and meditate on the word of God, so that when the great tribulation is happening here in the world you will not be here IN Jesus Name Amen.
POINT THREE: THE ACTIVITIES OF DECEIVERS FOR THE GREAT TYRANT.
MARK 13:21-23
During the great tribulation, a tyrant, a king of the wicked personality will arise, he's called the Antichrist, and there will be deceivers, there will be seducers, there will be people that will be prophesying by the power of the devil, and that devil that Satan, that Antichrist is referred to as the "Great Tyrant". There will be some activities of people who are religious, and they will be super spiritual, they will be going about, they will be using all means to deceive people, they will be giving their own kind of prophecies, and they will be showing signs and wonders. But Jesus Christ has warned us ahead of time, He said, if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things. If anybody comes to you to deceive you, you will not believe him, they will show signs and wonders to seduce, to deceive and to entice people that if it were possible, they will deceive the very elects, and Jesus Christ said, we should take heed: behold, He have foretold you all things. Those false prophets showing sings and wonders, they will be very active at that time, and it will be as if religion has never spread like that before, they will be in the villages, they will be in the cities and offices and they will be in everywhere, and they will be going about doing signs and wonders, and they will have the key in their hands to deceive people, there will be deception because of those signs and lying wonders, they will active for the great tyrant, they will be active for the oppressor that will come to oppress everyone on early.
I. The Dishonesty of Seducers and Latter days Wolves. Mark 13:21-22; Matthew 7:15-23; 1 Timothy 4:1-2. These are the wolves that will come in the latter days, but already they have started their activities, and now it's like that they are warming up, but the very central thing about them is their Dishonesty. They shall show signs and wonders, and the people will wonder at it. They will open their mouths and they will not be able to close it because there will be signs and wonders. But Jesus Christ said, it is to deceive, it's to entice and it's to seduce, if if were possible, even the elect will be deceived, and the Lord actually called them wolves.
And in the prophecy we are studying concerning the time of the great tribulation, there will be time that the wolves will come, but it will he in dishonesty He says by their fruits, we shall know them. He's not just talking about the trees in the forest, He's talking about the people, the wolves and the latte days wolves, and it's at the time of the end that these things will become more pronounce. The prophets has spoken expressly, the Lord Jesus Christ has also spoken expressly, at this time now, at the period of the church, the Spirit of God, the Holy Ghost of the truth is warning us the church, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; they are giving heed to seducers spirit, the Spirit that entice, deceive and the spirit that seduce.
II. The Deceitfulness in signs and lying wonders.. Mark 13:22-23; 2 Thessalonians 2:9. There are some people that think every signs are performs by the Holy Ghost, they have been deceived, and when they see false prophets performing signs and wonders, they will say, it is something superhuman, and because no human being can do it, they are deceive. Jesus Christ said, false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. These words are coming out of the mouth of Christ Himself, He says He's the Real One, He's the way the truth and the life, and yet there will be false prophets that will come and false Christs will come and they will shows signs and wonders to seduce, if if were possible, even the elects will be deceived.
When God sent Moses to Pharaoh, and said Let My people go, and then Moses said unto God, what signs can I show to make Pharaoh believe? And the Lord told him what to do, and eventually when he got to Pharaoh, he delivered the message of God to him and Pharaoh told him to show him sign that will make him to let the people go, and Moses threw his rod down, and it became a serpent, and Pharaoh called the deceivers, the false prophets and the false magicians to duplicate what Moses did, and they threw their rods down, and their rods became serpents also. You see There are people that can show signs, and you will say their signs is similar to the signs and wonders of Christ, and the signs of the people of God, and then Moses shew another sign, he stretched forth his rod and also the waters in the land became blood, and the magicians also came to duplicate what Moses did, they did according as Moses has done, and they turned waters into blood as well. That's telling us the deception and the signs and lying wonders. That's why JESUS Christ warned us in the scriptures.that even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
And because they receive not the Lord of truth that they might be saved, there are people that are relegating salvation to the background, and they don't have the love for the truth, they have the love for the something that will tricked them, and surprise them, they are deceived by unrighteousness and they will perish because they believe not the truth. But they have pleasure in unrighteousness. The end of Satan and the people that are running after him and following him, they are following all those duplicity of the devil, they shall be cast into a lake of fire forever and ever.
III. The Damnation of Satan and lost Wanderers. Matthew 25:41; Jude 1:6,12-13; Revelation 20:10,15. When somebody is wandering about, he goes into a bush, he goes into a forest, and he wander into the forest, eventually he looses his way and he cannot find his way back home again, that's the category of many people today, ant the people who are wandering away into deception might eventually be lost if they wander like that, when you know the truth is being preach, and expose, and when you know that the truth of the word of God from cover to cover, from the beginning of the Bible to the end of the Bible is being revealed to us, so why are you running about? Why are you not staying? If you're not careful, the wanderer can be lost eventually, and it's difficult to retrieve, recover that wanderer, and what is the destination of such people? Jesus shall say unto them, depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: the wanderers who wander about into error, they wander into false doctrine, they wander into the cave of the false prophets, they wander into the shrine of the deceivers, they wander in the clown of the seducers, those who wander about and they are lost, the Lord will say, "depart from Me ye cursed into everlasting fire". Wandering Angels, the Angels that will not stay, that will not remain in their first estate, in the place where the Lord has put them, and they wander and became lost into the the hands of Satan, they will perish. The beast, the false prophets, they will be with devil in the lake of fire and they shall be tormented day and night forever, and those who are lost wanderers, they also will be with Satan forever and ever, you will not be with Satan, you will not go with Satan, and you will not leave your habitation, you will stay and remain steadfast, unmovable, unshakable till the end IN Jesus Name Amen. You will not be lost with Satan IN Jesus Name Amen.
In conclusion: what are we to do as saints of Christ? Luke 21:34-36. Christ said, take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.. During this time now when we are not able to gather together, and your district pastor cannot easily get to you, at this time now, take heed to yourself lest at anytime at such a special time like this, your heart be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. When He said with surfeiting and drunkenness, He He doesn't mean that we are drinking alcohol or palmwine, there are some activities that makes people drunk, there are some things that makes people just forget themselves to do the necessary things they ought to do, for instance, as a student, you Suppose to link up with people maybe on internet for studies, so that lives goes on regularly, and instead of that, you become addicted to the things that will not add value to your life, at this time now, take good care of yourself, and when you do the necessary things you ought to do, you will not suffer the devastation of the great tribulation.
We are waiting for Christ's our Saviour, He's our Redeemer, and He will come back again, the trumpet Will sounds, the dead in Christ shall rise, and we which are alive, and so shall we be caught up together with them in the clouds, and so shall we be with the Lord forever and ever. Let's comfort each other, let's encourage each other with all these things we are hearing and learning, and let's motivate each other to love God more with all our Heart, with all our soul, with all our mind, that we will be ready for that final day, we shall be ready and when the trumpet shall sound we shall see once again at the feet of Jesus Christ. Amen.
