TOPIC: PRAISE AND WORSHIP
BIBLE TEXT: ACTS 16:25-28
Key Verse: "And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them" (Acts 16:25).
Paul and Silas went everywhere preaching the gospel to sinners to repent. Through the power of God, many were saved from sin and many other miracles happened in the lives of the people. The Jews became troubled about their success. Both men were arrested and thrown into prison.
Instead of complaining or sorrowing, they began to praise and worship God. Their praises attracted God's attention as their chains were broken, closed doors were opened and they were set free. Learn to praise God in difficult times and when good things happen to you. Praise God every time and everywhere. As you praise God, wonderful things will happen in your life.
Prayer: Dear God, help me to praise You with my body, soul and spirit.
