TOPIC: GOD'S HAND IS NOT SHORTENED
TEXT: ISAIAH 59:1-5
Key Verse: "Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear" (Isaiah 59:1).
God is Almighty and He has power over the universe. He can do all things. As a matter of fact, no one is comparable to God. He has no limitations and restrictions. God is unstoppable and unconquerable.
God has given numerous promises to His children and has also given every believer the key to open His treasure house. The key to this house is 'Prayer'. Anybody who uses this key very well will enjoy the abundance of God.
The standard of God is constant. God will never bend His standard to suit our lifestyle. He demands total obedience and submission to His will from His people.
There are things that will make God not to answer the cry or prayer of someone. These include:
(a) Sin
(b) Disobedience/Rebellion
(c) Doubt
(d) Unbelief
(e) Asking with wrong motives
(f) Not living your life to His glory.
Make up your mind as you go into the New Year to avoid sin and take God at His word, and you will enjoy the unlimited riches of His blessings.
Prayer: Help me Lord, to run away from sin and serve You all the days of my life.
