TOPIC: ACKNOWLEDGE HIM
TEXT: PROVERBS 3:1-7
Key Verse: "In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths" (Proverbs 3:6).
One of the things that makes God to smile down on His children is when we acknowledge Him in everything that we do, or any step we want to take. We are simply telling Him that we cannot handle our lives by ourselves and that we need His divine wisdom and guidance to see us through life.
The Psalmist admonished us to trust God with all our hearts and not rely on our own understanding. Human understanding is incomparable to God's wisdom. Man is limited, while God is unlimited, that is why He wants us to trust Him.
Acknowledging Him in all our ways show that we trust Him and we are ready to follow whatever path He has chosen for us. May God help you to always acknowledge Him in major and minor issues of life.
Prayer: Dear Lord, give me the grace to always acknowledge You in all my ways.
