TOPIC: NOAH'S THANKSGIVING AND OFFERING
TEXT: GENESIS 8:20-22
Key Verse: "And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar" (Genesis 8:20).
God delights in the thanksgiving of His children. When we offer praises and thanksgiving to God, it shows that we appreciate what He has done, and He will do more.
Noah did not forget to offer thanksgiving to God who preserved him and his family. He did not delay in raising an altar to God (the practice in his days).
As children of God, we must always remember to show gratitude to God for all that He does for us on a daily basis. Our gratitude can come in form of giving money, our time, talents, substance, and songs of praise to God at all times.
God delights in our praises, therefore, cultivate the attitude of offering praises and thanksgiving to Him everyday. God will bless you more.
"Praising the Lord from whom all blessings flow, praise Him for ever more".
Prayer: Father, give me a grateful heart to praise You always.
