NOT ALONE
EXODUS 13:17-22
KEY VERSE: "And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night" (Exodus 13:21).
"I am not alone,
I am not alone,
In all my journey,
Jesus is with me,
I am not alone." This chorus is true for every child of God. No child of God is left alone - Jesus is always with us. God directed Moses to lead the children of Israel out of bondage in Egypt. God gave Moses the assurance of His presence with them - a pillar of cloud in the day to lead them on in their journey and a pillar of fire at night to protect them from wild animals.
God is our loving and caring heavenly Father and He is concerned about us. He wants to lead us and we must obediently follow Him. Only those who have become friends of Jesus can hear His voice. If you are still living in sin, come to Jesus now! Tell Him that you are sorry for all your bad ways, repent and turn away from them. Ask for His forgiveness, and invite Him into your life as Saviour and Lord. He will lead you in the right path to follow, and you will be blessed.
PRAYER: My Father and my God, I surrender to You. Lead me throughout my life's journey.
